Urubuto rwa pome (pomme, apple) n`ibyiza byarwo

Uru rubuto ni ingirakamaro ku buryo hari umugani ugira uti “une pomme par jour chasse le médécin” mu Kinyarwanda bikaba bivuze ngo “pomme imwe ku munsi yirukana muganga” bikaba bishatse kuvuga ko iyo urya pomme imwe ku munsi ntaho uhurira na muganga kuko utarwara.

Ibiyigize by'ibanze

- Pomme igizwe n'amazi kuva kuri 84% kugeza kuri 93%. 1,30% : sucres réducteurs, saccharose :1,60 à 1,40%, 0,90 à 1,70% : cellulose, pentasan 0,50%, 0,40% :lignine, 0,60% :acide libre , 0,40%: pectine, 0,30% :amavuta, le tanin.

- Imyunyu ya K,Na, Si, Ca, Cl, Fe, Br, Al, AR, S, Mg, Co

- Ikagira na Esters (amyle, formique, acétique, caproïque na aldéhyde acétique, géraniol

- Vitamine B1 (10% mg%), B2 (0,05 mg%), PP (0,5 mg%)yo iboneka cyane mu gishishwa cyayo, l'acide pantothénique (0,06mg%), la vitamine C (10 mg%);

- Ibitera ingufu(Valeur calorique) biri hagati ya 80-124 kcal kuri garama (gr)100 ibyo bigaterwa n`ubwoko bwazo.

Akamaro kayo

Ifasha gusohora inkari (diurétique), ifasha kwirukana ibyitwa urea mu mubiri (uricolitic= élimination de l'urée), ifasha umubiri gukomera (tonique), isukura mu mubiri (dépuratif), yica udukoko two mu mara (antiseptiques intestinaux), igabanya ibyitwa cholésterol, ifasha kujya ku musarani (laxatif).
